THIRD AVENUE COMMONS - Multifamily Housing - 52 Units | Miami | FL
The predominant strategy for the Third Avenue Commons Building was to consider the urbanistic quality of the corner lot while investigating the various levels of public-ness that maybe achieved through circulation. The project takes its massing as an 'L' shaped building that establishes a presence at the intersection. This typology allows for the investigation on the values of a single loaded corridor.
