'HOTEL' BORIS - Commercial Building | Targovishte | Bulgaria
The original hotel was built in 1908 and demolished in 2003. The client requested that the memory of the old structure be present within the new project. Our proposal takes its footprint based on the original plan of the hotel. It responds to the public square in orientation and size. The bottom two floors are evocative in scale and material to the original building. The new program responds to the current needs of the town; retail and office space.
