BRICKELL BAY PARK | Miami
The proposal recommends the transformation of a derelict vacant lot into the only waterfront public park located in the most densely lived neighborhood in Miami. The design of the park considers the temporary nature of the project as it relates to real estate market forces. Therefore, the proposal suggests a more permanent pedestrian path that is planned all along the water’s edge as a public promenade, while allowing for other areas of the park to be programmatically flexible.
