HAVANA WALL | Cuba
This Project is a Diachronic Study of the Formation of Havana. It explores the containment of the city through the development of its walls. The 1959 wall that was erected is a metaphorical fortification - to the interior it displays portraits of propaganda. The exterior is clad with mirrors making the island disappear. The doors of perception appear to be cleansed, hence reality seems infinite.
