Lehrman Community Day School Addition | Miami Beach
The project addresses the growing needs of the school by utilizing a newly acquired, adjacent lot. The new addition attaches to the single loaded corridor of the existing school. Careful attention has been paid to align the existing floor levels to ensure continuity and accessibility. The new program supports the STEAM curriculum which includes an enlarged cafetorium / kitchen on the ground floor, a new multi-media library, art and music classrooms on the second floor, and a new indoor gymnasium on the third floor.
