National Public Adjusters Office Space | Miami
The project is a build-out of an office space located within an existing warehouse building. Working with the proportions of the shell, the program was divided sectionally into public and private zones. The public zones are defined by two double height volumes; the reception area and the workstations. The private areas are defined by a panelized wall system that varies in color and transparency allowing for glimpses of light to penetrate through.
